JUDY
Leadership Development Coach and Personal Growth Expert
Judy Liu is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With degrees in Law and Psychology, she practiced law in Australia before transitioning into leadership and transformation coaching in 2014.
She specializes in helping individuals enhance self-leadership, emotional agility, and communication impact.
Judy integrates methodologies such as NLP, hypnotherapy, and neuroscience into her coaching. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Psychology to deepen her integrated development model.
JOSHUA
Organizational Transformation Coach & Integrated Thinking Facilitator
With over 20 years of coaching and consulting experience, Joshua Voon helps organizations and leaders align mindset, vision, and execution to deliver measurable transformation.
His client portfolio spans industries and continents, including partnerships with ASML, LVMH, Manulife, HSBC, and the Obama Foundation.
Joshua holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and is trained in cognitive science, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence.
He is certified in Facet5 and HBDI, and coaches in both English and Chinese. Clients describe him as a coach-leader with deep insight and the ability to spark breakthrough moments.


JAY
US-Qualified Lawyer|International Legal Headhunter|NLP Coach
Jay Hsu is a legal talent advisor with U.S. attorney credentials and over 12 years of executive search experience. He has supported multinational and regional companies on numerous occasions in recruiting mid-to-senior level legal professionals and has helped law firms and in-house legal teams execute strategic hiring initiatives. Combining a legal background with hands-on talent advisory expertise, he guides organizations toward forward-thinking and actionable talent decisions.
With years of experience training internal consultants, Jay also brings the perspective of an NLP coach. He has a deep understanding of every critical stage in the recruitment process and helps both organizations and professionals clarify goals, break out of fixed thinking, and identify clear, viable options—ultimately translating insight into practical, results-oriented strategies.
Jay currently serves management and legal functions at Paul Wright Group.
